I understand my 50% deposit to Exquisite Enterprise Images Studio is non-refundable.

I agree to pay the full remaining balance before the session begins. If the remaining balance is not paid at the time of the appointment, the session will be cancelled immediately and the deposit forfeited.

I understand my deposit may be transferred one time to reschedule.

I understand that cancelling or not showing up forfeits my deposit

Failure to show up for your scheduled session, or failure to communicate prior to your appointment time, will result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another session.

I agree that any images not purchased may be used for promotional purposes by Exquisite Enterprise Images Studio.
